All used items are covered by manufacturers warranty if any. Alternative Heating Solutions in no way warranties used items, all items are as is unless otherwise stated.

Used G400, approximately one and one half  heating seasons of use. New lower refractory, Limited Lifetime Warranty is transferable to new owner, approximately 3 years left on 100% replacement guarantee.

Rated for up to 340,000 BTU an hour and up to 8000 sq ft. Great running boiler, became too large for us after replacing all the windows in our house and re-insulating the shop.

Normal MSRP is $13,995, we are asking $11,000 firm and we will cover the warranty transfer fee.
